Kamioun is a B2B marketplace that connects FMCG manufacturers and small grocery shops in the Maghreb region. Kamioun partners directly with local and multinational FMCG companies to source products and allow shops to order goods simply for free delivery within 24 hours. Kamioun holds the start-up label.

We are currently looking for a Sales and Support specialist,  who is a growth-minded individual who want to help revolutionize the retail distribution industry and play an integral role in a thriving startup environment.

What you will do

  • Create an excellent customer service experience for Kamioun users in terms of reactivity and quality of response to their feedback
  • Troubleshoot user problems with the Kamioun app immediately and allow them to order goods in a fast way
  • Respond to customer support inquiries and monitor the incoming tickets in all of our support channels
  • Assist in building knowledge base/support data such as training materials and FAQs
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service and generating orders.

Who you are

  • Experience with support and call center tools including CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Knowledge of customer care techniques & processes; listening skills; customer satisfaction; excellent telephonic skills; Customer focus & service.
  • Goal-oriented individual with superior communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher-level understanding of role, processes, and procedures

Bonus haves:

  • You speak English
  • You have prior experience with Freshdesk, Freshsales, or Magento
  • You have start-up experience
